Resolving Conflict
Learn strategies for resolving conflict in many settings and put them into practice through self-reflection. This was done in Storyline with states, triggers, and variables. I also used audio prompts and Java Script so that the reflections could be saved or printed.
Teamwork Activity
Learn the 10 elements of teamwork, assess your confidence in these areas, chose the area you would like to improve, and finally, set a goal. This project was completed in Storyline. I used a variety of states, triggers, and variables. Audio is included and the ability to save or print reflections.
What Shape Are You?
This activity focuses on getting youth to learn more about their personalities in a fun way using shapes.
Bloom's Taxonomy
Interactive graphic that helps participants learn Bloom's principles.
Success or Failure
This activity includes a guessing game to introduce people that overcame adversity to succeed.

SPARKS! Lesson 4
Here is a sample of the SPARKS! curriculum for your review. I turned my PowerPoint of Lesson 4 into an interactive e-Learning module with voice-over using Storyline 360. I decided to use the modern player since this is a longer activity.

This is a short video about using character strengths to improve a person's well-being. I used Canva to create this video and Polly for the narration.
What I like
This is an activity for elementary students to learn more about their interests. This would be considered a pre-career self assessment. I plan on creating 6 additional follow-up activities that further explore the areas that student determine are their interest areas: Doer's, Thinker's, Creator's, Organizer's, Persuader's and Helpers.
